Is it a Frozen Shoulder?

We are often asked this in the early stages of shoulder pain and at this time it is often hard to define precisely and diagnose accurately. This blog explains the symptoms, a quick test  you can do and what to expect with Physiotherapy treatment for each of the stages.

What is the stitch and how to stop it
When starting  an exercise programme people can be shocked to find they can only do 5-10 minutes before having to stop due to pain under the ribs. Here we describe the causes, prevention and what to do when it hits. Download our free PDF

Stretch it Out

Stretching is something that most runners and walkers do in one form or another. However it is often done rather haphazardly as people are often unsure regarding which is the best technique, how long a stretch should be held, and what you should feel.
These 5 stretches are simple yet effective. Most people would have seen them before and perhaps already do them. Download the PDF for future reference.
