Pilates Inspired Exercise Classes at Hindmarsh
Our newest Physio Pilates Exercise Classes have started. Ideal for injury prevention and rehabilitation, as well as general improvement in strength, mobility and core control.
These classes offer plenty of benefits to your body, no matter your fitness background. You’ll improve your posture, focus on bodily alignment, and work on functional strengthening and mobility.
With a maximum of 5 per class, each program really is individually tailored. There is regular revision to assist with rehabilitation post surgery, postural alignment, sporting performance, balance and coordination, injury prevention and improvement of overall health.
