What are you supposed to do when you have niggles, minor dull aches, recurring twinges, or sudden ‘catches’ of pain with certain movements?

It’s often easy to ignore them, thinking “it will get better on its own”, but these symptoms are signs that something in the body isn’t working quite as it should.
Although the pain may reduce over time (or more likely you will get used to the discomfort); your body will naturally try to compensate for the affected area if you carry on using it through niggles. This can lead to further injury, or the niggles getting worse..

The longer you “just live with” these niggles, the more ingrained these compensations and dysfunctions become!
You don't need to be injured to see a physio. We are here to help with even the smallest of niggles to stop them in their tracks, prevent any future injuries and keep you doing the things you love with confidence

Book in for an Appointment today and let's take control of those niggles together!
