in observance of the Prophet Muhammad's Birthday. 

All operational activities (such as order processing, customer service) will not be carried out on that day. Orders with full payments/ submission of documents made after 2.00pm, 19 November 2018 (Monday) will only be processed the next business day 21 November 2018 (Wednesday).
