Steps to Protect Yourself against Fraud

Hi Friend,

We are living in unprecedented times which forced us to move into the digital realm including our professional lives. Your cybersecurity is as important to us as you are & that is why our team has made an effort to ensure you don't get "phished" by hackers or scammers.

Here is how:

  1. Ensure the correct email: ___@moneymatch.co (This is not us: @moneymatch.com or moneymatch.org)

  2. MoneyMatch would NEVER ask you to reveal your usernames and password

  3. We use end-to-end security and multiple-factor authentication incorporated into payment systems by default

  4. We make every effort to ensure it is really YOU who is performing the transaction

  5. We recommend that you use a strong password – include:

  • Numbers (make sure it’s NOT your birthday)

  • Symbols (examples: @, $, %, &)

  • A mix of both UPPERCASE and lowercase alphabets eg. MoNeYMaTcH

We have prepared a blog about cybersecurity too!
