If you've been in the sales industry for
any length of time (home business, direct sales,
network marketing, door to door, etc) you've
probably heard one (or both) of these phrases.
And no matter how many times you hear them,
sometimes they need to be put
into a different perspective.
One of the lessons that really sung to me
Learn & IMPLEMENT.
As you implement, your skills grow.
Just as mentioned in this audio,
there are 4 phases of growth:
1 - unconsciously incompetent
You don't know what you don't know.
2 - consciously incompetent
You know you don't know.
3 - consciously competent
You know it and have to actively recall in order to utilize.
4 - unconsciously competent
You know it and don't have to think about it.
While you progress into stage 4 of your growth,
you MUST be taking action along the way.
You don't need anyone's permission.
Just do it!
