Hey, Friend!
Did you know that in just about any industry, that some place at some time during the year ... ... there's a convention for people in that space?
Last week I was in Portland for PyCon 2017.
Yesterday was Day 1 of the annual ANMP International Convention ...
Now why did I say, "They're At It Again?"
Because at any convention you attend, the people there are always focused on improving your skillset that the convention is for.
For PyCon? It was about expanding your knowledge of what Python can do and getting to network with other programmers.
For the International Convention for ANMP? It's strengthening your resolve for your home business, as well as providing you with tools to become a better network marketer ...
And then of course the networking side of things.
But isn't that what any business or convention is about?
Networking - the lifeblood for anything.
ANYTHING!!!
Whether you're looking for a mentor, to be a mentor, to help in a cause, a business, a possible job ... it doesn't matter.
Networking is essential to get ahead in just about any profession.
Not sure where to go or who to network with?
Start using MeetUp, Eventbrite, or even Groupon ... You can even look through local Facebook groups for people who share the same interests and passions you do.
It's not that hard, and might seem scary at first ...
But meeting other people who have the same passions that you do can be so empowering ... Not only that, but it allows you to be around others who will lift you up, vs keeping you in your comfort zone.
Where do you like to network with others?
What are YOUR passions?
Reply to this email and let me know! ^_^ Would love to hear from you.
With that, I'm headed out the door to go to Day 2 of the ANMP International Convention.
Have a prosperous rest of your day, my friend! |
