Can you really make significant money even
if you have NO list, NO funnel, and you don't
have a high converting product that you own?

The gurus would say you’re doomed to
fail...

But there's the other side.

Yes, it helps if you OWN your product and
do all of those things.

Having worked with a lot of people, I can
tell you that the vast majority of people:

• Don't build their list and/or don’t follow
  up
  

• Don't have their own product
  

• Don't have a converting funnel

It can be a recipe for failure but it
doesn’t have to be that way.

Here's the other side...

If you're not gonna follow up with people,
create your own products, or have a funnel
that converts, then join a program that
does all of those things for you.
