It’s almost like Déjà vu!

I’m sitting in a banquet room
surrounded by a bunch of
strange people…

It feels oddly familiar as the
“emcee” introduces the next
speaker who talks about their
rags to riches story…

Blah... Blah... Blah...

I’ve been down this 🐇 rabbit hole
of fun before..

I’m always the plus one…

You know the one that gets
invited to one of those make
money seminars by a friend or
family member.

Moral support I guess…

Flipping homes 

Buying homes with no money
down…

Make money on the Internet

If there’s a seminar on the
topic of making money, quite
likely I have probably been to
it as an invited guest of
someone.

And every single person I went
with has never taken any action
on the information presented..

Just saying..🙄

The weird thing about this
seminar was that there were
multiple people speaking (or
pitching) on different topics..

Even investment strategist
Loral Langemeier was there as
well as people from Robert
Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad company,
and one of Joel Osteen’s
sisters (the motivational
speaker one)…

Star studded 🤩 and strangely
entertaining.

They dangled 🍪cookies in front
of us to see who would bite…

People bit alright - there was
always a mad dash to the table
to sign up to learn more - for
a small nominal cost of
course..

I knew exactly what they were
doing…

They were getting people to
take small commitments…

Ingenious that they would use
it at a seminar like this, but
it worked like a 🤑 charm!

People bought into it -
including myself!

But I knew for the cost of a
large pizza I would probably
learn something new.

And I gotta say, these were the
BEST seminars I had ever been
to.👍

I knew nothing about rental
properties, mobile home park
investing, real estate
wholesaling, etc… 

I was exposed to investment
strategies and secrets that I
had never heard of.

It was at a seminar after the
big seminar, that I met Amy
Roloff of Little People, Big
World fame. 

My sister, who was not with me,
was a huge fan. I’ve seen bits
and pieces of the show and
immediately knew who she was.

What I didn’t know was that she
said she was a motivational
speaker. 

At that time, her marriage was
over and she was open about it.

I loved her honesty and she
seemed exactly how she appeared
on the show.

I write all this to talk about
her husband Matt…

If you’re familiar with the
show, you know that he built
his little daughter Molly a
to-die-for dream 🏰 castle.

What dad wouldn’t want to do
that for his daughter?!

Here’s the problem…

Matt took 10 years to build
this dream castle for Molly!😲

By the time he was done with
it, she was off to 🎓college. 

He later said "Oh well... next
life I'll move a little quicker."

C’mon Matt!

The point of all this, is that
time waits for no one. 

We’re all getting 👵 older

Kids are growing up…

If you’re serious about making
changes in your life, now is
the time.
