TSUNAMI AT PALU

Unfortunately, we do not have reporting from Palu, on Sulawesi in Indonesia. We pray for the victims of the tsunami. Indonesia lies on one of the most active plate tectonic areas of the world on the "Ring of Fire". Its location makes it prone to volcanic eruptions, earthquakes and tsunamis. Above is "Mt. Borak" on Java (April 15, 1981). One of many volcanoes in Indonesia. Quiet until an eruption. Remember Krakatoa! Below are "Terraced Rice Paddies"; Java (April 12, 1981). Beautiful, serene landscapes can turn deadly with little warning. Licensing is based on usage. Please use DPI's "add to cart " to calculate your final cost.
