"We are more alike, my friends, than we are unalike". So goes a current Apple television commercial. But the simple fact is that it's true. A study of cultures shows more commonalities than one might suspect. Different yet similar, underlying hopes and desires among peoples. Above is a photo that we call "Family On The Move"; U. S. (1937). This family has strong bonds in dealing with troubled times. Below is a photo that we call "La Familia"; Mexico c.1943.
