No, this is not Houston. Unfortunately, floods in our nation are all too common and bring tragedy to many. Above is "Flood - Susquehanna River"; Duncannon, Pennsylvania (March 19, 1936). Adding more misery to folks during the Great Depression. Spring floods in Tennessee brought disease as well.
