Bridges make good subjects. Each one is unique, and you don't have to worry about them moving around during the shot. Above is a great looking Ford pickup truck situated in front of the "Rock Island Centennial River Bridge"; Rock Island, Illinois c.1941. The bridge was recently opened in July 1940 connecting Rock Island to Davenport, Iowa across the Mississippi river.
