Two important topics:
1. The VA is offering what appears to be a really good 5 year Courier Contract transporting blood and related products from the Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina, to VA hospitals in NC and surrounding areas. This was posted this morning but they are looking for bids within a week so you will want to move rather quickly.
2. If you operate in GA, TX, MA, TN, or UT, and you are an active UMTPG member, please contact us with the following:
a. Name of your insurance carrier b. The amount you are paying per unit c. Your Liability Limit d. Your Deductible
At a time when many underwriters are increasing premiums, we may have a lead on one company that is actually reducing premiums - but they only write NEMT policies in GA, TX, MA, TN, and UT.
