Subject: The Return of "Team DDC"

Hello, and Happy Weekend to Everyone!

This is Dawn, and after almost 10 long months of many, many twists and turns both in personal lives and in being swamped with exiting workload with many of you, our awesome Million Dollar community, Dan, Charlie, and I have determine we are ready to resume one-on-one work with a very select few.  

The last time we took on one-on-one clients was in early November of 2023, but the three of us believe we are getting a little "breathing room."  We are still lagging behind on some nitty gritty market analysis projects that are requiring a lot of callbacks, so if you are still on our list and we are working on your project, please know that we are still working diligently to catch up and complete your project.

Many of you who have been with us for quite some time might recall Joel referring to us as his "Team DDC (Dan, Dawn, and Charlie)," and introducing this opportunity for many "newbies" who don't necessarily need advanced services such as contract work, negotiations, and risk management that is more suitable for Joel's involvement. 

If you are not familiar with "Team DDC" as Joel likes to affectionately to refer to us, towards the end of summer last year we devised the plan of working directly with "newbies" for 60 days at a reduced rate to help alleviate Joel's workload while also helping those of you who are new to the industry to get started and operational while saving you some money.  

This opportunity is ideal for those of you just starting out and working to put the nuts and bolts together.  Again, it doesn't include things like contract work and negotiations, dynamic strategic planning, risk management, etc.  Those are all important tasks that you would definitely want Joel's help.

In working with us, Team DDC, our goal is to help you further learn the industry, assist with necessary applications, prepare policies and procedures, establish daily operations and logistics, and position you to go after and penetrate area facilities.

The reason we do not feature this opportunity on any of our websites is because we need to limit the number of people we work with to ensure we don't neglect any of our existing projects or work.  For this reason, in reintroducing this exclusive opportunity, we will start with only 2 new client-providers for this month, August 2024. 

If you are interested, please let us know and we will send you an electronic invoice for $3,500 which will include a custom market analysis.  There reason we offer only one option is because we know that including the customer market analysis is very valuable for strategic planning.
