I want to share some more correspondence with a new client provider below. He contacted Dan earlier today and I spoke with him a short time ago. When you read through the correspondence it is not hard to identify the problem and learn from his situation. The patterns and habits of brokers are common and predictable and the adverse outcome for our providers are very real.
