Subject: Look who I found!....

Hello to everyone in the Million Dollar and Broker Communities!  As always, I hope this message finds you all doing well and business is booming!
Many of you know Spencer McDonald from some of my previous seminars.  He and his wife Jackie were visiting NYC and joined us for the Beat Air Force weekend at West Point.  

It was a great time and great win....despite Jackie literally, at one point, rooting for Air Force to ensure we "had a good game!"  Needless to say, I had to kick her out of her seat and send her into the stands for reeducation training!
Over the weekend Spencer and I had some great conversations about the success of his NEMT and broker businesses.  

I asked what his best advice would be for others starting their broker business.  He said "follow the training material and business model exactly as [Joel] presented.  Don't try to reinvent what already works.  You will only complicate the business and it will cost you time and money."  

Needless to say, I couldn't agree more.  If you don't want to believe me, listen to someone else who is doing it well.

Great seeing you guys.  We'll do it again when you retire in a few years!
