Subject: Insight to help you better evaluate and consider moving forward

Hello everyone,

This is Dan again.  I sent you all a message yesterday, so please forgive me for flooding your email with another message.  

Since sharing Joel's video yesterday, we have had a number of emails with somewhat common questions and concerns, which is the purpose for this message. 

With all seriousness, if you are stuck, not sure where to go or what to do, and maybe you are researching or seeking outside help, for whatever the reason, please, please, please consider the source long and hard.  

I really can't stress this enough.  We see the result on a daily basis.  Between all the free ChatGPT and AI generated generic fluff, the "low hanging fruit" as Joel refers to it, and all the happy promises from people who have never achieved success in their NEMT, home care, or any other business it is killing so many operations and bleeding you dry.  By the time you come to us you either don't have the time or money necessary to turn things around, especially if you have lock yourself into foolish contracts and agreements.

Please know that I am not suggesting this because I am biased towards our services and what we/Joel do.  This is far from some type of a sales pitch.  In fact, I encourage you, if you are considering enlisting our help, research and study Joel twice as long as the posers and AI fluff, so you can get a better understanding of what Joel teaches, his services, his business philosophy, etc.

This morning I have been corresponding with a provider who started by sharing the following:

"Good morning, we have been in business since 2021 and have 23 vehicles.  We grew fast, but with hind sight being 20/20, we have been out of control.  After watching and listening to Joel, we did exactly what he tells us not to do.  We fell for every one of Modivcares tricks and hollow promises, and kept adding more and more vehicles as they were feeding us trips and promise and promise.  After these many years and lots of hard work, our financial bind is only getting worse and worse because Modivcare has been reducing our trip volume in favor of cheaper options.  When we started we paid for [Name] to help us thinking they were experienced and could help us, but all they know how to do is sign you up with brokers which is why we ended up signing up with Modivcare in the first place.  Can you please respond and let me know what we need to do to start working with Joel?  We are in serious need of his help to change things around."

Again, this type of an email is far from something new.  The costly heartbreak is common.
