As I mentioned in our July seminar, it's important that you listen to the feedback and suggestions from your dispatchers and contractors.  That doesn't mean you employ or follow all of their suggestions, but it is important that you at least listen and consider because they are literally "on the front lines" of your operation and they have firsthand knowledge of many situations.

In response to direct feedback from some of my dispatchers, FetchMozzo functionality has been enhanced to accommodate the suggestions which has directly proven to increase our sales out of some select stores and facilities.
