"The writing made the story feel fresh as select shifters from other worlds were on Earth to protect Earth and their own planets from evil. There were several moments in the story that were funny. Some were because of the communication differences and some were intentional by the characters. Sierra is a dating coach who takes on Jack who is a "Canadian." They are drawn to each other and although Jack knows Sierra is his mate, she doesn't understand why she feels the way she does. Grandma is fabulous and knows more than Sierra. I'm glad they got their HEA and want to see the other guys find their mates too."*****~
