In case you missed yesterday's email...

I hope you have been enjoying the exercises and meditations in Accelerate.

The priority for this class are the first 4 exercises, so do as many as you can. We'll be talking about your discoveries in this session. 😊

It's best to treat these exercises in a playful way, so that they are fun and you are able to complete them with minimal time investment.

FYI Jeff added this program to your members area, so you should have received a courtesy message with your access credentials. (We know you have your credentials, but the system automatically does this whenever someone receives a new program.) 😉
