Thank you for your patience and understanding with my coughing during the meditation. Having healed myself from MS, cancer and more, I find myself now healing leaky gut... which translates in my body to mucus buildup. 

Whenever I am in the midst of healing, I am humbled and reminded that healing is often a journey we get to embrace throughout our lives.

My goal with SHE is to provide the insights and tools that were taught to me, so that you can apply them both now and in the future to any physical, emotional or spiritual challenges you may encounter.
