Welcome to the SHE Power Retreat this Saturday and Sunday (US time).
I’m so excited to get started with you. We have a powerful weekend planned, so remember to reschedule other appointments so you can be present for the entire retreat. Remember practices build on one another. To get the most, you want to experience the build up! (I will not be back-tracking and reteaching information because someone was gone. ;)

Keepers will be monitoring for your questions throughout the day. We will take a short break so you can grab a bite to eat.
Things You’ll Need There are a few things you’ll want to have with you during the retreat. I suggest you have them ready before 8:00 am PT on Saturday:
- Have whatever drink you want with you
- Grab your journal or a notepad for this retreat
- Bring a bowl of water and a candle with you
- Bring a little cloth that will easily cover the bowl and tuck in underneath the bowl
- Prepare your meal ahead of time, so you can truly enjoy your break
Computer Stuff1. When you set up your computer for the Zoom call, it’s a good idea to sit near a window (or light), with the window in front of you. Little or no light behind you works best. 2. Be sure to turn your camera on. (This is a circle. :) 3. Make sure your computer audio is on before you join the call.
