| Given the state
of our world today, we are ending up with some pretty interesting perspectives
about what constitutes strength. Today, I’d like to offer four insights about
what I’ve learned regarding the spiritual nature of strength.
|
| 1. Spiritual
strength is about owning your spiritual experiences and wisdom. |
|
Spiritually,
strength does not come from what you can prove or disprove to someone else. You
cannot prove your mystical experiences, intuitive wisdom or the depth of your
love.
Though such
things cannot be proven, they are real. Too often we lose our own strength, as
we question the beautiful ways the Divine is speaking directly to us.
When you own
your spiritual experiences and wisdom, you feel called to live in accordance
with them, regardless of what other people think about your experiences.
|
| | 2. Spiritual
strength sees all and Holds all in love. |
|
In a conversation
with a counseling client recently, we discussed that in codependency we see
what is good and basically, disregard or excuse the rest. When we see what we
don’t like or experience as harmful in another, we attempt to fix them in order
to be comfortable.
What we learn
to do in our journey of strength is to honor our own sacred worth, alongside
the sacred value of others. In genuinely seeing your true value, you set the
stage for others to do the same. In a loving way, you set clear boundaries that
further the honoring of your sacred self.
With
spiritual strength you are willing to see all, and be present to all in
compassion, without diminishing anyone’s value.
|
| 3. In
spiritual strength, you see what is wounded and Hold the woundedness in
compassion, so that it can find its healing. |
|
Spiritual
strength does not complain. In our Women of Power and Spirit Gold Circle
we recently took a good look at our propensity to complain, blame, and judge
when things aren’t working. We complain about God, our parents, authority
figures, leaders, partners, and even ourselves.
We do need to
identify what others have done that has harmed us and recognize what doesn’t
work for us. And with that comes a responsibility to stop the cycle of
recreating our pain, and instead, deeply commit to creating our whole and
healed self.
Spiritual
strength allows us to recognize the wounds behind harmful choices and, in doing
so, find the compassion that heals—starting with ourselves. |
| | 4. Spiritual
strength transforms fear into love. |
|
We don’t run
from our fears when we are building our spiritual strength, we run toward them.
There is
freedom on the other side of your fear, and every one of us is created to be able
to transform fear through compassion. The women taking the 10 Emotional
Needs of the Soul master class with me are bravely filling emotional gaps
where, otherwise, fear tends to impact (and even take over) our lives.
As unmet
needs are finally fulfilled, the fear no longer has a reason to exist, and love
blossoms. This is where life becomes fulfilling and joyful.
I hope you will
take some time today to consider what spiritual strength means to you. Consider
asking yourself where and how greater spiritual strength within you could
transform your life (and of course) our world.
Holding you in
my heart and songs,

| | What people experience:
This sound healing session affected me in profound ways. The first time I listened to it, I could feel it shifting and moving energy in my body. At points it was uncomfortable and immediately after listening, I started running a low fever, which Misa explains as a “healing crisis.” A day and a half later, the fever was gone and I felt better and stronger than I had all winter. This definitely cleared something out of my body (maybe multiple things), and helped me to heal. The next time I listened to the track, it was a much more easeful experience, but I could still feel it working, shifting my energy in a subtle way. Having this to turn to also provides so much mental and emotional comfort, which is priceless right now. —Alison

I purchased
this for my little ones who seem to share virus at daycare and kindy. It works
like a charm for them, and they aren’t even fully engaging or listening to the
recording. Thank you for this priceless tool, Misa! —Missy
Not only did
listening to these CD’s help speed the flu virus out of my body, but it also
healed the Oral Herpes virus, that I had carried in my cells for 25 years! I am
so grateful for these CD’s. Every time I listen, I can feel more wellness
flowing into my body. I continue to listen to the Immune Builder, and I feel
stronger after listening to it every time. I haven’t been sick since I
downloaded the tracks. I am grateful to Misa and delighted with the results.
