be in sacred space with you in the SHE Power Retreat next Saturday and Sunday,
November 21 and 22.
If you have not signed up your guest, please send an email to me with their name and email before Friday!!!
We have a
powerful weekend planned, so remember to reschedule other appointments so you
can be present for the entire retreat. Remember practices build on one another.
To get the most, you want to experience the build up!
On Friday I’ll
be sending you the Zoom link you need to attend.
There are a few
things you’ll want to have with you during the retreat. I suggest you have them
ready before 8:00 am PT on Saturday.
Guests, you’ll
be joining us one hour later on Saturday, at 9:00 am PT
Things You’ll Need:
Have whatever
non-alcoholic drink you want with you
Grab your
journal or a notepad for this retreat
Bring a bowl of
water and a candle with you
Bring a little
cloth that will easily cover the bowl and tuck in underneath the bowl
Prepare your
meal ahead of time, so you can truly enjoy your break
Computer Stuff:
When you set up
your computer for the Zoom call, it’s a good idea to sit near a window (or
light), with the window in front of you. Little or no light behind you works
best.
Make sure your
computer audio is on before you join the call, and please keep your video on so
we can truly experience each other in circle.
Questions at the Facebook Group
If you have any
questions you need to ask between sessions, you can post them in the Facebook
Group. That includes questions you would like me to address during the retreat
or technical questions.
Go here and
request to become a member of the group now, so you will be all set to go
before the retreat.

On both
days:
We take a half
an hour break for a meal, and 2 short breaks as needed.
