Friend,
Here are two questions I ask myself when I become aware that I need healing. See if they resonate for you.
1. “How important is it for me to heal?”
Believe it or not, some things are really important to me and some things are not. If it is debilitating or life threatening it is on the front burner.
If it is annoying, but not dangerous, like a canker sore or a cut, I might wait to give it any attention or just let it heal on its own.
2. The second question I ask myself is, “What am I willing to do to heal?”

| In some cases, I want an individual healer’s help or I want someone to run some tests. In other cases, I want to use just my own energy healing approaches. In still other cases, I want to learn more so I can better care for myself.
There is no right or wrong answer, but when I know what I’m willing to do, I know how committed I am.
I’ve travelled across the country, and even moved from my home to heal, because when my health is intact, everything else I want to manifest is easier.
