| The Cooperative Purchasing Connection, through Metro ECSU, awards contracts
|
|
|
CPC is designed to assist members with their purchasing needs while making the buying process more efficient by absorbing the soft costs (i.e. personnel, time, resources, etc.) it takes to conduct the competitive process according to State of Minnesota statutes (M.S. §123A.21 and M.S. §471.345).
By
partnering with eight other service cooperatives, CPC provides members
with a wide variety of high quality products and services at consortium
level discounted pricing. All CPC contracts are the result of a formal
bid process (RFP or IFB) or are negotiated agreements with an exclusive product related vendor.
2016 Cooperative Purchasing Connection Vendor Highlights:
- Innovative Office Solutions
is now the prime office supply vendor. CPC awarded the contract to the
Minnesota-based company because of its dedicated customer service team,
free delivery and competitive pricing. Members can order all Innovative
products through the Express online marketplace.
- School Health
is the newly awarded vendor for Health & First Aid Supplies. It
provides a 13 percent discount on a wide variety of products.
- We are excited about our two new hardwood flooring (gymnasium, recreational, and auditorium) vendors. FLR Sanders and Anderson Ladd/Haldeman Homme offer discounted pricing and provide top quality installation and maintenance.
