| | “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans
for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. 12 In
those days when you pray, I will listen. 13 If you look for me
wholeheartedly, you will find me.”
~ Jeremiah 29:11-13 NLT |
| This scripture is so refreshing.
It was good the first time I read it and every time after.
It’s a scripture of hope, provision, and prayer. And sometimes life can be so hard on you that you just need a friendly reminder that God is on your side.
He is your advocate and longs to see you prosper. It was never His intent for sin to get the best of you or for trials to draw you away.
He always planned for you to be victorious in all you do. He planned for you to lean on Him when your strength fails. He stays awaiting the moment you will seek him with all that you have.
You see God wants to be found by you. He wants to unleash the blessings and abundant life he called you to before you entered the world.
Don’t ever let trials and tribulations tell you otherwise.
God has not ever left you, he is ALWAYS by your side. There is not a situation in life you face alone. There is truly no reason to worry.
Pastor Tony Evans posted the following quote regarding worrying about the future:
“Worry is a down payment on a problem you may never have.”
So keep your hope in Christ alive. Your faith depends on it. Take confidence in the word of God in knowing that your latter will be far greater than the former.
There is so much more in store for you in Christ Jesus, and it gets greater later.
Lets pray..
“Father thank you for delivering me through all my past storms. They are proof of the plans you have for me. I rebuke death and destruction in my life and my loved ones. I choose life. A life of hope, love, abundance, and trusting in you. In Jesus name I pray…Amen.” |
