| | “Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own
understanding. 6 Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which
path to take.”
~ Proverbs 3:5-6 NLT |
| You ARE winning.
The feeling of whether you are winning or losing is often measured by the outcome you anticipate for your efforts.
However, that is more of a world’s perspective.
With God, you are winning if you are trusting in him. If you are surrendering your will to His.
As men, we make a lot plans and chose how the success of those plans are measured. Most of the time we feel pretty confident when things play out as anticipated.
Once you invite God’s will into your life that changes. When you start trusting in God you realize that the first thing you need to surrender is your understanding.
What you understand to be failure or losing, God sees as the path to your promise. What the world paints as impossible, God laughs at.
Trusting in God is the best thing you can ever learn to do. As long as you trust in God it won’t matter whether or not you understand what he’s doing because you trust what he is doing.
Your trials will help you to learn how to trust more in God than understanding what He is doing.
No weapon formed against those that trust in the Lord will ever prosper. No amount of bills, lack of money, loss of job, or relationship issues are ever reason enough to stop trusting in God.
I have learned if I am not willing to walk away from any opportunity for the sake of the Lord, my trust isn’t where it should be. God is a God of abundance and can replace any opportunity that you are facing with one far greater.
But you have to be willing to trust Him through the process.
And when you learn to…then you will experience true winning in life.
Lets pray…
“Father help me to trust you without understanding you. Help me to believe that no matter what happens to me, some how you are using it to produce fruit. So before I get depressed and start doubting, I chose to continue to trust in you Lord. I KNOW in doing that I will never lose. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.” |
