| What comes to mind when you think of committing all you do to the Lord?
Is it going to church and praying daily?
Maybe it's reading your bible and witnessing to the lost more frequently.
Perhaps it is your daily faith walk that shows your life commitment to Christ.
I believe God will receive it all. And I think He wants more.
God wants you to commit your thoughts to him. Your approach and perspective on life should reflect your commitment to Christ.
He wants you to commit your heart to His word and will for your life.
Commit to trust Him in times of trouble and despair. To live by faith and not by sight.
Everything you do, and everything you are God wants you to commit to Him. God will use your submission as permission to come to your aid.
So place your trust in God, run to Him when you are weary in spirit and need help to make it through another day. Commit to seeking the Lord with all you have.
The help you need is not in man...it is in Christ Jesus.
Lets pray...
"Father, I surrender my all to you. Today I chose to commit to the ways that you will have me walk. The road less traveled so that people can stand in amazement of what trusting in the Lord can do. Your help is all I need Father. You are more than enough. In Jesus name I pray, Amen." |
