You can't derail God's promise for your life.
And God doesn't require perfection for you to qualify for all He has in store.
This
is important to remember at some point your faith will fail. You will have
moments where you will take matters into your own hands instead of
waiting on God.
This is what Abraham did when he slept with his maid servant when he got tired of waiting on God to fulfill his word.
Although he had the child, God still kept his promise by giving him a child through the womb of Sarah.
Abraham's lack of faithfulness did not cancel out God's faithfulness. The same is true for you.
Don't expect your faith to be perfect. You will have your moments of doubt.
Don't beat yourself up for moving too soon instead of waiting on God. You are human.
What's more important is that you realize that God's word to you is still true. His promise remains no matter how far you fall.
As long as you don't quit.
Friend, God loves you and his promises are true.
No matter what the situation may be, know that there is no sin that can disqualify you from the God's word manifesting true.
Lets pray..
"Father
forgive me for every time I tried to do things on my own. And thank you
for keeping your word even when I fail to keep mine towards you. It
feels so good to be loved by you and I am grateful to call you my
personal Lord and Savior. In Jesus name I pray, Amen." |
