Never…give…up.
The path God has called you to is going to take everything you have to reach completion.
More faith, more discipline, and more trust in Him.
As kingdom men it is an absolute must that we complete what we start. When we give our word to finish something…we do it. No excuses.
What do you do when you simply don’t want to finish? Not that you’re a quitter, but you’ve lost motivation for what you were trying to achieve. And when the motivation is present, it’s not enough to sprout you into action.
You just keep going.
This is the 334th devotional I have sent out. When God put this journey on my heart I had no clue of the impact it would have or how long I would be able to keep up with it.
There were MANY days I just wanted to quit. Days where I just couldn’t find the right scripture or word to give.
Needless to say, I’m so glad I didn’t abort. I constantly receive emails about how these devotionals have blessed and met the immediate need of men all over.
I’m truly humbled.
So whatever God has called you to do, don’t let your fatigue dictate your finish. The end will always be harder than the beginning.
And the finish will always feel greater than the start.
At times of weariness take heart in knowing that your toil is not In vain. It’s bigger than you and will impact more people than you could ever imagine.
Just…keep…going.
Let’s pray…
“Father I’m praying for your strength in exchange for my weariness. I know what you have called me to do but struggle at times staying the course. Though I do not know the end result my journey will bring, you do. And I trust you Lord with all my heart that the great work you are doing with me will manifest to my amazement. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.”
