| Be encouraged today.
What ever your heart’s desire may be it is in the King’s hand. And he is ready and willing to give it to you without reserve.
If you feel like you have been enduring without reward lately…stay the course. The word is true and God is faithful.
When I look at today’s scripture I think of all the people that I know that are waiting and hoping for certain things to take place in their life.
They release no faith and take no action towards what it is they desire. Yet, as time goes on, they continue to want more and more.
No matter what you say or do they are simply never satisfied. Always stuck in a rut or ready to complain.
But then I thank God for the latter part of the scripture. It shows me that God has not forgotten. That all my labor is not in vain.
It gives me hope in knowing that my diligence will be rewarded with the complete satisfaction of my desires.
And that is something to be thankful for.
Only God can offer true satisfaction. The world promotes a product that will take your entire life to obtain and leave you empty once you do. Always looking for more.
God sees your heart and knows what it needs. When He fulfills your desire the search stops. No further longing is required.
Not only will God fully satisfy the desires of the hearts of righteous men, but He will do so abundantly.
So be diligent in your faith walk today. Knowing that God sees your toil and will honor you accordingly.
Lets pray…
“Father, help me to remain diligent in my walk with you. That as I grow closer the desires of my heart become the same desires you long for me to have. Lord merge my heart with yours. Let there be no evil thing I covet or set my eyes to. But to remain on your goodness and your promise for my life. Knowing that in due season, my harvest will be great. In Jesus name I pray…Amen.” |
