| | “Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred sixty or thirty times what was sown.”
~ Matthew 13:8 NIV |
| When God gives seed, it’s your responsibility to grow it.
There are two types of soil that are required for fertilizing the seed of vision God gives.
The first is your heart. It is the initial point of contact seed looks to take root.
Second is your environment. Once a seed has been given it requires the right environment to to take root.
There will times in your life when seed will be given at a point and time, but will require a different environment to enable it to take root and grow.
A seed sown on your corporate job may require the environment of entrepreneurship to take root.
A seed sown when you are single may require the environment of marriage to manifest.
Lastly, a seed sown in one city may require the environment of another to bring the vision to pass.
Remember, God will always provide to you everything you need to fulfill the vision he has placed in you.
You must maintain an unyielding will to follow his commands.
Keep in mind that the birth place of your vision is rarely its destination.
Let’s pray…
“Lord help me to remain fluid in my faith. That I remain willing to flow in whatever direction you have called me to fulfill your purpose in me. I will continue to grow my faith in you so that whatever path you have called me to I will be willing to let go of what I know to take hold of your unknown blessings. Knowing it is only the seed given by you that can take me to my final destination in Christ. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.” |
