Not one tear is forgotten.
Our Savior is in tune with every painful and overwhelming experience you have had in life.
He knows when you have felt like you have nothing else left in the tank and nowhere else to go.
He knows about the pain you harbor in private that nobody else is aware of.
As a man it can be hard at times admitting you are hurt or scared. Sometimes you may feel like crying but simply don't know how to express yourself.
God knows.
He bottles up every tear that has fallen and every internal tear. He knows the pain your heart has felt and He has kept a record of each and every one.
So you don't have to.
You no longer have to hold on to the hurts and pains of your past. You can let them go.
Your fears are safe with God. He will not judge you for them, He will help you overcome and cast them out of your life.
It is good to have a friend to confide in through these times. And it's great to know Jesus as always available and willing to be that friend.
What ever pain, hurt, or worry that you may be harnessing...let it go today.
Prevent your past pains from creating a future that is less than what God has in store for you.
So let go, and let God have His way.
Let's pray...
"Father thank you for understanding. Lord there are times I know I'm hurting, and other times I am unaware of the grieves I'm harnessing. Thank you for understanding both conditions. Reveal to me the past hurts that may be affecting my relationships today. Help me to identify, deal, forgive, and forget about them. I know it can only be done through your name and healing power. Thank you Jesus, Amen"
