Deuteronomy 29:29 - Security Clearance

“The Lord our God has secrets known to no one. We are not accountable for them, but we and our children are accountable forever for all that he has revealed to us, so that we may obey all the terms of these instructions.” (Deuteronomy 29:29 NLT)

I used to have a security clearance when I worked for the government.

Before they issued it to me I had to go through training on the restrictions and privileges of my newly given access.

What I found is that I was allowed to be told a certain amount of information depending on its classified level.

Anytime information was presented that was above my security classification I was asked and expected to leave the room.

Not only that, I could get into big trouble for asking someone to disclose classified information that I did not have the clearance to hear.

The same can be said for God.

There are some secrets of the world that will never be known to man. They are for Him and him alone. Other information He will reveal to us and hold us accountable for living it out and passing it down to generations to come.

Brothers, what ever God does not reveal to us He is expecting us to trust in him for.

Walking in the confidence of faith knowing that He has it all worked out for our good.

There's an old saying "when you can't trace Him, trust Him”.

We are not called to know all His plans, we are called to trust him and walk in faith always.

Lets pray...

“Father, thank you for all that you reveal to us. Help us to put our faith into action for every revelation you have allowed us to come into the knowledge of. Lord we know you love us and protect us for information we cannot handle. We trust you with all our hearts and thank you for having it all figured out for us. Amen”

More prayer, more power.
