Subject: [Devotional] Possible

Possible

“Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”” (Matthew 19:26)

It goes big God, small problems. Sometimes we approach life like...small God, big problems.

If you think about how naive a child is while entering the world. As they grow up they cast big hopes and visions of the things they want have and people they want to be.

They do not know limitations and fear until it is taught to them by the world. Without constant encouragement and affirmation, their lofty hopes get smaller and smaller.

Hopes to be great, become mere dreams without hope.

Hallucinations.

We grow older and start learning the “facts of life” instead of the faith of God. What was once a possibility in our minds is now a distant miracle at best.

Brothers, this is not the way God intended it to be. The impossibilities that lie with man have been overcome by the cross.

We can no longer operate in fear of our situations and remain hopeless for a future filled with greater works.

We must always maintain the proper perspective in our everyday lives. Understanding that whenever we worry or get fearful of any situation we are magnifying it larger than our God.

We tell him that it isn’t possible for him to overcome our obstacles.

God’s simple and consistent reply is always...”with God all things are possible”.

Lets pray...

“Father thank you for being bigger than all issues we face in our lives. Forgive us for getting it backwards at times. Help us to approach the faith like children. Willing to do and be anything without restrictions of doubt and fear. Let no hope be cut off due to impossibilities that you are not bound to. We ask these things in your precious name...

Amen”
