Some things just seem so obvious.
There will always be situations brought to you where your discernment and wisdom allows you to see things clear that are cloudy for others.
I’ll admit, sometimes I find myself shaking my head in disappointment and disbelief only to catch myself.
Realize that I am judging them with improper standards. I’m looking at them as if they have come into the same light of truth as I have.
That’s when I realize just how special a relationship with Christ is. With all the foolishness going on around you, it is good to have a connection that keeps things into perspective.
A connection with God that allows you to see past the foolishness and identify the inevitable outcome. A lack of this connection prevents others from being able to walk in light.
They are bound to the darkness without realizing it. Stuck in a cycle of repeating self destructive patterns, never understanding what’s truly missing.
This helps you fully understand what you received when you accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior. Not only your name written in the book of life, but the ability to walk in light amongst darkness.
To see things clear that seem to be hidden to the world.
Not for you to condemn them and watch them destroy themselves, but to be an example. A pathway out of the darkness.
Remaining ready for the moment where they question their darkness, and are attracted by your ever shining light.
Lets pray...
“Father thank you for opening my eyes through your saving grace and mercy. Allow me to continue to walk in the light in the midst of darkness. I know your teachings seem foolish to man, but your words are life. Give me the patience and discernment to share your truth with the lost at the appropriate time. In Jesus name I pray...Amen”
