Hi Friend,

Hope this email finds you well. Just wanted to send out a short update
on our team build. We will send updates out to the team, once a week
unless there are special circumstances that need to be addressed.

The team build is pretty much at a stop. There are very few that are signing
up for our team build. And those that do, half of them don't upgrade for
one reason or another. And to be honest, I don't see a lot of people that
are making any effort in advertising the team build. It's sad really, when
you think about it as it's so easy and very affordable. There should
be hundreds in our team, at this point but to date, we have 78.

This is a long term opportunity. You have to get into a mind set of making
a commitment to our team build. If we all concentrate on finding ways to keep
the team build in the publics eye, we'll eventually see success. That means
putting signatures in your email promoting the team. That means placing
banners all over the internet. That means inviting all your contacts to the
team on a constant basis and not just one or 2 emails and then forget about
it. It has be an on going effort and it really shouldn't interfere with anything
you're currently involved in. This can be a passive, secondary promotion of
the team.         

If we're going to do this Friend, we need to get our team link
out there, in front of as many eyes as possible. Do NOT rely on me or John
to carry the weight of advertising the team lin.k. While we do plenty of
advertising, we need the power of the team to help. I'm sorry but EVERYONE
has to help. We simply can't do it on our own or the few that are actually
advertising. And to those that are helping, thank you!

With all that said, this is your team build... do nothing, expect nothing! It's
as simple as that. All you have to do is advertise the team link. That's it!!
Can you commit Friend? Hopefully, you said yes so lets get jiggy and
start taking the team build serious, ok? You have to see the bigger picture
here and know that with our serious efforts, we can make this happen.
