Hope this email finds you well. I'm out of town, Ice fishing on 16" of ice and
will be back late tonight so I have had limited access to my email. 

I have made a request to my banner guy to make up a couple of banners for
us and they should be done, later today or tomorrow. I will also make up an ad
copy for you to use for your solo ads.  Speaking of banners, I saw one banner
that reads..."We'll pay your way in" and.... "Earn a Million Dollars In 20 Days".
which is tied to the team page.  Cmon guys, a million dollars in 20 days, really??
Theoretically, it could be done but highly unlikely. However, the part that upsets
me the most is "We'll pay your way in". That is mis-leading and if you want to use this
banner, you need to link it to your own page so that you can arrange to pay it forward
for them. If they sign up through the banner, via the team link, then they'll be expecting
a pif and that simply will not happen, at least not by the team admins. Not yet anyway.

Also, All those that were sent a link and have not signed up and upgraded, will be deleted
by the end of the day. If your name is listed below, get with it. If you didn't want to join, we asked
you to let us know but for whatever reason, you couldn't offer us that courtesy? Why did you even sign
up? Again, if your name is below, you will be deleted from the team build by the end of the day if
you do not take action.

That's all I have for now. Look for an update later tonight or tomorrow. We are very early in our team build
and we really need everyone to help do their part and advertise the team link. We have lots of positions 
available to fill immeately but no members to fill them with. Let promote our team guys! That's the only way
we'll see success!
