| Santiago Theological Seminary - Praise God that Aris Sanchez and Bruce were able to travel to Santiago, DR for 9 days the middle of February. We had many meetings regarding seminary schedule, curriculum, graduation, conference plans for July, and seeing a property for acquiring a campus. We also received a favorable presentation on a market research study we contracted regarding starting an undergraduate seminary program and certificate programs. The findings of the study confirm the need for undergraduate and short certificate programs. Moreover, we are planning to begin a gap-year program for high school graduates in 2023.
- We are very excited about our proposed property to purchase, as it has a 10,000 sq. ft. house on 3.7 acres, with two large event venues and sport facilities. It is adequate for us to begin operations immediately. We are looking for partners to help us acquire the property before the start of our new school year the end of August. We seek to raise $900,000.
- Praise God that while we were in Santiago we had an enlightening course taught on apologetics by Tom Smith, a professor from Iowa.

| | | Family Update - We are excited that Kaleah's adoption will be finalized as soon as a judge determines a date. In July it will be four years that we have had her. We'll celebrate her birthday April 6.
- We have enjoyed having a student from Oman (Arabian Peninsula) living with us until May while she studies English to begin university studies. Pray for God to grab her heart.
- We enjoy getting to babysit our grand-daughter, Jolene, who is one.

Prayer Requests - Pray for just the right school for Kaleah next school year, as we are considering enrolling her in a Christian school. Her autism could be an issue as to where she goes.
- Pray for a court date to be set soon for finalizing Kaleah's adoption, as the paperwork has now been completed.
- Pray for God's leading and provision for partners to help purchase a campus for Santiago Theological Seminary. (Contact me for more details.)
- Pray for Bruce's next trip to Florida (March) to meet with potential donors for the STS property and to the Dominican Republic (April).
