If you've less than 1 Crore networth...
My suggestion would be to invest in building a brand.
It's THE most secure investment one can make...

Real estate can be hard to liquidate.

Meaning....
If you've established your brand as a trustworthy authority in a particular line of work to just 1,000 true fans...
That to me is ultimate power, freedom & choice.
Because: you're exactly one email or DM away from landing a highly paid job (from your 1,000 true fans) you get to choose whom you work with, how you work & when you work you'll ALWAYS have an audience for your content, products & new ideas
