Which of these would you rather pick:

1) Dream job, with a dream team. You work for 8 hours/day for 5 days/week. You get an off on all national holidays. You make an above-average salary. Steady career.

OR

2) You're an entrepreneur. You work for 12+hours/day. You take no days off. But if you work hard for the next 5 years - you may retire forever.
