My mentor taught me a beautiful concept called perturbation.
Just as how diamonds are created under pressure, even we as humans can transform into something amazing when we are put under pressure, but within the right environment.
It all has to do with the environment and the contextual conditions.
I'm writing this email just to let you know that overwhelm is perfectly fine.
As long as you are connected to our community and you are taking actions daily, you will transform and grow.
Exactly in 2018, I was a nobody.
But it was this process of perturbation that has helped me evolve into what I am today - and this is a continuous process that never ends.
I'm definitely not the same person I used to be in 2018.
It's a paradigm shift in personality.
And all credits go to my mentors who have chiselled me.
Whenever your mind tells you - this is too much for me to handle... just think about perturbation.
And when you willingly put yourself through pressure, to get things done, it's such a satisfying feeling which inspires you to do more.
In case you are feeling a sense of overwhelm, accept it.
Deflect that negative mind chatter to a positive one.
Tell your mind.. what you are going through is actually growing you.
It's nature's way to testing your mettle.
