Hello Friend,


Ever tried changing?


Maybe you wanted to wake up early.


Maybe you wanted to exercise more.


Or eat less junk.


Or perhaps read daily.


Or maybe mediate.


We've tried "changing" something about ourselves.


And I tell you what...


In 100% of the cases people who try to "change" relapse to their old behavior.

Why?


Because, change is hard.


It means you're trying. You're struggling. And you're swimming against the tide.


Don't.


Here's what to do instead: evolve.


Meaning...


Don't be the night owl exhausting their will power by trying hard to wake up at 6:00 AM, instead evolve into an early bird.


Don't be a stress-eater trying hard to eat clean. Become someone who enjoys whole nutritious foods over cheap trash.


Don't try so hard to read 10 pages/day. Evolve and become an intellectually curious person who wants to learn more.


Now - why am I telling you this?


Because coming Saturday (26th Oct) I'm planning a massive "Reboot" for our community.


We're all going to EVOLVE as a community.


Everything is going to get different.


This is not a change, it's an evolution.
