Subject: confession.

Here's a confession from recruiters that they'll NEVER tell you while you're getting hired...

There is almost ALWAYS room to negotiate your salary & benefits.

The offer you get from them is not the BEST they've for that role.

That's how companies function, it's in their best interest.

But what triggers me is that 2/3 of new hires NEVER negotiate the offer they get.

Once they receive the offer it's party time for them...

ARGHHH...

If you're my student, then here's what I want you to do: NEVER accept the first offer you get from a company.

Even if it is:

  • higher than your expectations

  • from a dream company

  • you "worked hard" to land this interview.

There is ALWAYS room for a better offer.

And not asking for it...

...costs you an extra 1-10 lakhs/year from your potential salary in your first year

with the company.

Which by the way affects your salary for every year after that.

And all your future raises because you were too awkward to open your mouth for 15 seconds and ASK.

So to conclude:

  • NEVER accept the first offer you get from a company. Ask & don't be shy.

Also, speaking about salary - I'm conducting a masterclass tomorrow...

Where I'll tell you EXACTLY what you need to do to double your salary.
