√ Your boss loved it & asked you to present it to the clients
× You are excited but you couldn't create an impressive presentation nor could you deliver it confidentially.
> Your boss gives the task to your colleague who then impresses the client & brings in the business.
✅ This is what we call VALUE CREATION.
So,
👉Who is more valuable for your boss?
You or the person who brought the business?
👉Ofcourse, the idea was yours & you will get certain amount of appreciation for that but the commission, increment or profit sharing will go to your friend not you.
You might still be needed to bring in ideas but your salary will remain more or less the same.
And what will you now do about it?
