Hello Friend,
You are not alone.
But have you ever wondered what makes so much of the world so mediocre?
I've spent most of my life hating mediocrity but that's what I kept attracting until a few years ago.
So why do people live there?
Here are three perspectives from three great authors of our time.
1- Jim Collins has a brilliant explanation for this 👇
“Good is the enemy of great. And that is one of the key reasons why we have so little that becomes great". Few people attain great lives, in large part because it is just so easy to settle for a good life.
2- David Schwartz once penned 👇
“All around you is an environment that is trying to pull you down to Second-Class Street.” The pull towards mediocrity is too strong.
3- Rebecca Eanes once wrote, “In between every action and reaction, there is a space.” In this moment, you choose how you will react.
More and more people are hiding behind the excuse that their behaviors, actions, and choices are out of their control.
And here's MY TAKE 👇
📌Most people don't need more. They just want more.
❌ And human brain focuses on needs not wants. It's lazy. Keeping you in your comfort zone is all it will do.
✅ Greatness requires you to :
1- Call your own shots 2- Give up on excuses 3- Take responsibility 4- Unlearn a belief 5- Show courage 6- Live real
I am experiencing greatness and believe me it feels so good not to be mediocre.
I assure you once you make a decision it's gonna be easy.
But the question is will you give it a try?
I hope you do.
