1- INTERVIEWING
F - I already know answers to all the questions, the problem is with the interviewers.
G - I can be amazing with more practice & better research about the company & the job role.
2- NETWORKING
F - I can't network with people. My qualifications & experience is enough. I will apply online only.
G - 80% of jobs are hidden & networking can improve my chances of getting them. I will learn the right approach & connect with the right people.
3- MISSING CREDENTIALS
F- I will settle for jobs that require my present credentials. I don't need to up-skill myself.
G - I am ready to up-skill & upgrade my self for the job I want. I have to become more to get more.
4- REJECTION
F- 'Meri kismat hi kharab hai'
May be I'll never get a good job.
G - 'Mujhe aur mehnat karni padegi'
I can learnt what went wrong & work on it.
5- ACCEPTING THE OFFER
F - I'm ready to accept whatever offer comes my way without enquiring whether I will be a right fit or not.
G - I want to make sure whether my vision & mission matches with the company or not & whether people around too have a growth mindset or not.
👉 Mindset doesn't make people good or bad however, it does bring them good or bad results.
Job search isn't just about Resume & Interview skills, it has much more to do with your personality, thought process & mindset.
