2- Confidence – Having a thorough knowledge about the product, it’s advantages & benefits, the problems it can solve, the value it can add etc. builds confidence in the seller.
> Get to know your FAB & Value Proposition.

3- Conviction – Great sellers sell the product first to themselves before pitching it to the market. You got to get sold on yourself & your offerings first.
> If you are passionate & have a strong belief in yourself the employers will see your conviction.

4- Content – The quality of your product needs to be of high standard. Remember you are not alone in the market. You are just one of the options.
> Find your uniqueness, identify your skill set, share your true story & let the employer know why you are the one they need.

5- Customer – When you sell to anybody, you sell to nobody. Great sellers understand their target audience really well. They are always well researched about their needs, wants & desires.
> Don’t apply for random jobs or positions. Know your employer & role well to make an undeniable offer.

6- Care – Selling is not a one- time job. Once you are hired it’s time to live up to your promises. The biggest mistake employees do is they forget that they are replaceable.
> You have to care for your employer, serve them with the highest of the standards & best intent.
